1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on the User’s device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when visiting a website. Cookies allow the site to recognize the User’s device on subsequent visits, remember expressed preferences, and collect information about how the site is used, in order to improve the browsing experience and the functionality of the service offered.
In addition to cookies proper, the Platform may use similar technologies such as local web storage (localStorage), which performs functions analogous to cookies for storing User preferences on the device. For the purposes of this policy, the term “cookie” also includes such technologies.

The Platform uses Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA) which records User interactions with the Platform in pseudonymized form (clicks, scrolls, pointer movements, session recording) in order to identify usability issues and improve the experience. By default, Clarity masks the content of form input fields and the IP address is truncated. Data is processed by Microsoft as a data processor under specific agreements (Microsoft Product Terms – DPA) and transferred to servers located in the United States on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Microsoft Corporation adheres (Art. 45 GDPR – European Commission adequacy decision 2023/1795).
